       The Library is operated by The Westchester Club, a volunteer organization of Member-Owners who arrange holiday parties, musicales, tours to points of interest and other special events. The Club also sponsors weekly bridge games and an artists group and will help with other hobbies. The Library has approximately 6,000 books including best sellers, general fiction and mysteries and also has a Books-on-Tape section.

Library Rules & Regulations

♣ No Smoking.

♣ The Library is for Westchester Residents and their guests.

♣ Access may be obtained from 8 AM to 10 PM daily using your building security key (front door key). Please lock the door when leaving.

♣ Children's Corner: Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a family member or responsible adult care giver. Children must never be left alone in the library. Please replace all toys and clear the floor in the children's area before leaving.

♣ All books must be signed out in the log books on the black chest by author and please print.

♣ Do not reshelve books.

♣ Donations: Due to limited space we cannot accept large donations of books. Members of the library committee would be pleased to come to your apartment to select books we can use. Please contact Josè Croll, Martha Miller, or Liz Knott. Small donations may be left on the long black table.

♣ Meetings: The library may be reserved for meetings. Please contact Josè Croll or Nancy Littlehales to make arrangements and discuss any charges.

♣ Bridge: If you wish to join the Bridge Group (meeting every other Tuesday) call Helen Brown on 337-4470.

♣ Food, coffee, tea, soda and small snacks may be consumed in the library. Be sure to dispose of cups, bottles and cans in the trash recepticle provided before leaving. If you move furniture please replace it before leaving the library.
